Eats' new Dish search results & refinement exprience with the Machine Learning team to for surfacing relevant dish-centric results and narrowing down your search, from wherever you start to the dish you want, intuitively.

Introduced tipping for Uber Eats
The final solution was selected after gathering user inputs through surveys and internal dogfooding, and running A/B tests across 8 variants of tipping treatments. This work generated $100M+ in tips within 3 months of launch.

ENGAGEMENT & TIPPING
Redesigned the Tipping Experience for Building Empathy
By focusing on Delivery Partner representation through the pre and post-delivery tipping flow design, I was able to influence user perception on tipping. This work led to a 47% increase in tipping instances, and significantly increased tip amounts.
SUSTAINABILITY
Utensil Opt-In
Multi-platform design for sustainability across the Eater, Restaurant and Delivery Partner app to help reduce food order related waste. This initiative was part of our sustaibility campaign to become a low-waste delivery platform with zero emissions by 2024.
